Service User Involvement
NRP encourages service users to be involved in shaping the future of services that affect your health and wellbeing. NRP values the unique expertise and experience that you can offer and greatly appreciate your invaluable contributions.
Across the service all staff would welcome feedback, there are also suggestion boxes, regular surveys and questionnaires, recovery newsletters and recovery roadshows. NRP also welcomes material for the recovery newsletters which may be pieces of art, poetry or case studies (your story of your recovery to inspire others).
The 6 monthly ‘Recovery Roadshows’ are for service users, ex service users, affected others and staff from recovery services from across the county. It provides a great opportunity to connect with services that help and maintain recovery.
When you exit treatment you will be asked about being kept informed of future events.
